All purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

📦 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed, we will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • Store credit, based on product availability

🚫 Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Change of mind

  • Products purchased on sale or promotion
